Practice director Vijay Mallipeddi spoke to Bracknell News about the practice’s success in getting such a high score.

She said it was due to having a “hardworking team” during “difficult times”.

Ms Mallipeddi said: “We’re really excited to see the results, the hard work has been appreciated and we’ve all been through tough times – we’ve all had our times, we’ve been through some tough times, especially during the first wave of the pandemic.

“Patients couldn’t understand back then and our phones kept ringing.”

In Bracknell Forest, the average currently stands at 70 percent, with the national average for surgeries this year being 83 percent.
