PARKERSBURG – The following cases were heard in the Wood County Magistrate’s Court on September 6:

* Jaidon L. Lusk, 289 Hickory Heights Rd., Mineral Wells, did not contest driving a vehicle without an inspection certificate and was fined $175.25.

* Jacqueline K. Oliver, 137 Warren Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to failing to stop at a red light and was fined $175.25. A charge of lack of proof of insurance was dismissed.

* Kenda Nicole Dennis, 800 Quincy St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving without a license and was fined $220.25.

* Constance Ann Wanstall, 244 Wood St. Apt. 202, Sistersville, pleaded guilty to lack of operator’s license and improper registration and was fined $380.

* Lindsay Marie Lucas, 817 Elm St. Apt. 4, Belpre, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Chase Alexander Ahart, 1645 Poplar St., Davisville, was charged with driving with a suspended license, without registration and without insurance. He was released on $1,500 bail.

*Nicole Donelle Parson, 5091 Elizabeth Pike, Elizabeth, was pulled over for non-service of garbage cans and litter. She was released on $2,000 bond.

* Brian D. Caseman, 3101 6th Ave., Vienna, was indicted for a second driving offense with a revoked impaired driving license and released on $500 bond.

* Alan Lee Milhoan, 5802 Lee Creek Rd., Belleville, was pulled over for drunk driving and leaving the scene of an accident. He was released on $500 bond.

* Orman Lee Blackman II, 55 Oak St., Parkersburg, was charged with driving with a suspended license, without insurance and without an MVI. Blackman was released on $600 bond.

* Melanie Dawn Lutz, Williamstown, was charged with three counts of shoplifting and released on $1,500 bond.

* Brandon Lee Dockery, 101 Spruce St., Davisville, pleaded guilty to impaired driving, less than 0.15 blood alcohol content and possession of a controlled substance. He was fined $635.50 and sentenced to 8 hours in jail and 90 days suspended and placed on one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of consuming alcoholic beverages in the passenger compartment of a motor vehicle on a public highway was dismissed.

* Jacob Mathew Helmick-Williams, 1403 Spring St., Parkersburg, has had a preliminary hearing waived on an attempted felony (burglary) charge. The case was remanded to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Jody Alan Satterfield, 1131 7th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to charges of shoplifting, flight and obstruction. He was fined $530.75. He was ordered to pay a civil fine of $50 at the Sheetz store on 7th Street in Parkersburg. He was also sentenced to 30 days in prison. He was sentenced to an additional 7 days in jail which was deemed as time served.

* Adam Craig Harvey, 1101 16th St., Vienna, had a preliminary hearing quashed on five counts of fraudulent use of an access device. The case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court. He pleaded guilty to one charge of shoplifting and was fined $170.25. He also pleaded guilty to a second offense charge of shoplifting, was fined $170.25 and served 30 days in jail with 14 days credited for time served on a suspended sentence and he was placed on probation. unsupervised for six months. A charge of trespassing on a structure or conveyance was dismissed.
